My tv was mounted and installed by two of the most intelligent agents they could have sent my way. I felt very comfortable having them to work in my home. The patient they had explaining the ups and downs of have to maneuver through the channels was a plus.

They won’t replace your tv for accidental damage even though it says it covers accidental damage while moving it. Hit the screen on a banister going up the steps and they told me they wont replace it.

Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.

When you buy something, you never expect it to break. When you pay big buck, you really never expect it to break. I payed $2000 for a TV and got the 2 year extended warranty. 1 week before it expired, it broke. 1 day before it expired and 1 day after it was fixed, I extended it another year. It's the best money I ever spend for peace of mind.

I love having the piece of mind that well qualified techs are there to help me if I have an issue.

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!

I got this on an Insignia TV. Great value for 5 years. So far I have not had to use it, but if I do, the price was well worth it. I would encourage everyone to get one, especially for a TV.
