Amazing warranty replacement plan. However if you could speak to someone who spoke English that would be great. These people overseas kept screwing up things until I got to speak to someone state side that took care and fixed everything

I purchase all of my electronic products from Best Buy. I like that they have the Geek Squad as their service as I have needed their help on many occasions. The staff there is generally helpful, although sometimes the wait to see someone can be long. I trust Best Buy and their Geek Squad, which helped to remove malicious software that appeared on my computer. They did a thorough scan and eliminated all threats to my system.

Nothing bad to say at this time. The price was good.....$79.99 for five years coverage ( no accidental coverage ). Everything else is covered and they'll come to your house to fix it.

The guys were great! They took one look at my television and knew that they had to call it in. Within an hour, I was notified that my television had to be replaced. Having the protection plan was the best thing I could have purchased, along with the television.

You can't beat the Geek Squad ! As soon as we purchased this , our computer was compromised by an imposter rep for a printer Company. Geek Squad got us in that night! They kept it for a day and cleaned it up and checked for viruses and inplanted tracking, ect. They talked to us extensively and educated us ways to protect the laptop security, ect. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Mad respect! Well worth purchasing for any issues and help with laptops/PC's.

Well you cant go wrong with geek squad service planned. I have it and when I need hepl it great to have a peace of mind that the greek squad protect plain will be a big peace of mind that your devices will be fix or replace. And the people that take care of you have your back!!!!

Massive 75-inch Toshiba FIRE TV at a Bargain Price. Took me three days to take apart the old TV, build up the new TV and get it all installed and working. FANTASTIC pictures! Closes TV to an OLED I've seen, just got to mess around with some of the setting to get the highlights and darks balanced out and you will be blown away with the how deep the contrast and colors are. This TV replaces my 2017 65" LG OLED in the living room that's how good this TCL is.

Best warranty and service for the price. Geek squad deliverd my tv to replace a faulty one after 2 years. They even removed and took the old tv with them.

The protection plan makes me feel safe that the tv will be working in top condition for at least 5 years.

Love this tv as it has a bright and colorful display with deep blacks given it’s an OLED. Supports for PS5 was a must and this was a solid choice. Alexa doesn't turn on/off the tv however. Does work with smart cameras. If only Best Buy and Geek Squad had sent a notification email about the 60 day extended warranty limit from the day the Warentee I purchased ran out I would be stuck without any Warentee on this investment.
