I have not had to use this protection product but purchased it based on Best Buy's overall reputation and good personal experience in Best Buy stores. I believe it is fairly priced for the coverage provided.

The Geek Squad was very helpful and assisted me with all my questions.

My son likes it. He wants a different one but I believe he is liking this 1 now.

I purchased something and needed to return it, turned out I exchanged it for something else and the Geek Squad helped me figure out how to use it. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable!

I bought this protection only because it was not so expensive and figured why not. Manufacturers don't make things to last like they use to so I figure i protect myself just in case.

So far have been happy with Geek Squad. They seem to be very helpful for someone like me who is not up on electronics. I depend on them to fix and solve problems when needed.

Promotes peace of mind regarding burn-in. (I was assured by customer service that burn-in was covered when I purchased my previous plan). I never had to use it with my 8 series LG OLED and I'm confident I won't have to with this panel.

I have used geek squad in the past and their service has been consistently great as always for many, many years.

2 year service I usually do not purchase service but the cost for two years it well worth it. Not having to worry about anything happening to my Tv for 2 years.

I usually don't buy extended warranties unless the product cost me some real cash and I plan on keeping it a while. I bought it for a big TV back when they were still pretty expensive and it definitely paid off. So make your own decision but I think it's worth it if the product cost enough and you plan on keeping it

Hopefully something we will not have to use! But you don't want to be stuck without it these days!

Geek Squad is always a good decision because if anything goes wrong you can get it fixed with no extra out of pocket expenses. I have been purchasing Geek Squad for years and I would say Buy it you won't be sorry for the extra protection you get.
