Additional warranty coverage for our new TV. Have not had to use it (hope we never do), but if something goes wrong with the TV, it's good knowing that we have extra coverage.

Never leave Best Buy without it. Protection value outweighs not having it at all.

Any time you buy an electronic device, it’s better to get an extended warranty. No worries on extra costs for repairs.

They were very helpful. Figured out the problem quickly and returned for a new tv.

I haven't had to use this service yet and hope that I don't have to. Appreciate the option though.

Best news is I have not had to use it...yet. My last set made it only about four months beyond the factory warranty and I did not have this protection. That will not happen again.

We purchased a 5 year plan for a larger TV and have had to use it twice due to severe storms in the area with major lightening strikes. We were thoroughly happy with the results. The Geek Squad did a great job! Because of this, we purchased a plan for a smaller TV we just bought.

My experiences with geek squad have been good and I think it's worth it most of the time to invest in a plan.

Geek squad protection is a must wear any electronics Purchased at Best Buy you might think you don’t need it, until you do.

It is great that such a long warranty is offered. I have been using geek squad protection for several years on products, and when there is an issue with a product, it is usually replaced in store on the spot hassle free.

I obtained the 5 year warranty because we were purchasing a brand of tv that we have never owned before. I hope we will not have to use it, but we feel that if we do Bestbuy will make things right.

Inlove with the tv has very high details and beautiful colors and works well with my ps5 and very awesome with movies

Great service. The workers were very accommodating.. we accidentally gave the old address TWICE! But service workers were Very understandable and just demonstrated amazing professionalism.
