Good excellent service happy with everything i got

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

I bought an extra protection plan because why not? it's inexpensive and easy!!

very reliable and professional. got the 5 years geek squad warranty for TV and they were professional in first inspecting the TV for the fault and then arranging for a replacement

I have used the Warranty on other products at Best Buy. It is well worth it. Awesome coverage. But i have not had to use the Geek squad on my new Samsung yet. But i have used in the past.

Haven't had to use it but know of others that have and they only say wonderful things about the level of service they receive and their product fixed or replaced in a timely fashion.

I don't ever regret the extra protection! i bought a plasma a few years back and the screen went out 3months b4 the warranty was up (Bummer) the TV was $849 new and Geek squad came out and put a new screen in and cost almost $1200 to repair "Don't forget the Warranty"

I am very satisfied with the product and they explain exactly what you are getting when you go in store to ask more about the product.

I have a young child who is getting into baseball and this package let’s me sleep well at night knowing if a fly ball cracks it I am covered

I have purchased the Geek Squad protection with every tv I've ever purchased from Best Buy. Thank God I have never had to use it. Just knowing that they will be there to help me is a comforting. You insure everything else. Might as well add protection to 1000+ investment.

We haven't used this yet but I have always purchased best buy geek squad for all my other devices and its a must have I highly recommend if you are like myself and not computer savvy

Did not blink in wanting to include this with my new purchase of my washer & dryer combo. the cost of parts and labor is unreal if something breaks, so I have peace of mind.

Even though the pandemic was going on I made an appointment and had no problem. They gave me a tracking number so I could keep up with the progress and when time they let me know the final resolution.

everytime I buy expensive devides i get the protection plan its a good safety nest. Ive had a tv break on me after few years and got my money back to go towards a new one.

I purchased the 5 yr. geek squad protection for ease of mind. I have used the geek squad for minor repairs and also for technical support. These folks are top notch and very, very helpful.

If you're getting expensive electronics, buy the extended warranty. Geek Squad has some of the best coverage of any retailer.

I bought a LG Oled65c6p curved tv and got rewards on my Best Buy credit card. So I was able to use the rewards to purchase a two year geek squad protection plan. I am quite pleased with knowing I will have my tv protected for two years without paying out of pocket.
