In my instance, it was a lifesaver because I had a problem with my tv. The geek squad came immediately & exchanged it. I was wonderfully pleased. Initially i was hesitant because i nave 3 other Samsungs & never had a problem. It was the best decision.

Peace of mind insurance. I hope to never have to use it. If I do I hope they deliver as promised. Rating is based on future promises. Seemed realistically positive.

normally don't purchase extended warranty but I did with this TV as I am not familiar enough with this brand to totally trust it

The colors are vibrant and the picture is crisp and clear. And no.matter where I sit theres no distortion in picture quality or color. This set delivers tge deepest blacks I have ever seen. The price was great on this set and the installation was professional, quick and easy.

TV was mounted and looks great. Haven't had any problems 4 years later

Best protection ever! Had the Geek Squad set up my laptop & move my pics from my old laptop onto a flash drive i purchased & everything was seamless! I was ready to turn on & go with my laptop once i got home with it! Definitely a must to have with any electronics! The techs are so informative & know their stuff!

I purchased the 2-year Standard Geek Squad Protection for the Pioneer - 50" Class LED 4K UHD Smart Xumo TV that I bought as a gift for my son's birthday.

Hope I don’t have to use this but it seemed like a great add on for modern electronics.

I am happy I purchased the Protection plan, gives you peace of mind abd there when you need ir most.

A must for ALL electronics. We buy with everything. In fact, bought a TV in 2019. The last I leg broke off 4.5 years later. Geek squad se t it back for repair ( which we knew couldn’t be done but went thru the process). We received a text allowing us to watch the entire process. Less than a week later, we were approved for a replacement. Since our TV was no longer offered, we received a full refund. Who does that for a TV leg? Well worth the extra $59.99, to get $290 back. Con: the refund comes on a Best Buy card so you HAVE to buy your replacement at Best Buy. We don’t mind but you might. Amazon does the same with warranties. We like the Allstate warranty best ( formerly Square Trade) because you get an actual refund but we still love Best Buy.
