Had to have Geek Squad come out to help hook up the new Smart TV wth Cable and Samsun Soundbar, turns out everthing was hooked up wrong and now everything works with the Cable remote. Glad I bought coverage.

When I purchase one of these, I can really relax and not have to worry about issues because Geek Squad got me covered like an umbrella! ;-)

I love geek squad and will not buy anything without it. I won't even let members of my family buy anything without geek squad. Don't be a fool, don't go in my pool and don't ever buy without geek squad protection.!!!

Since our tv was going to be in the living room next to a fish tank we thought why not. It does cover humidity associated damage so it was nice to add.

Its for my protection. Not really much else to add. If it breaks they will fix it etc ;)

I just love warranties when buying new products. I just like to make sure I'm covered, just in case something go wrong when I first purchase the product

Geek Squad service in my home is great. Installed TV. Installed new laptop, all FREE.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT IT. WORTH EVERY PENNY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PRODUCT! PERIOD. A very good investment, cheap, and hope you don't need it.

Worth every penny! Our 4 year old TV died..we had the 5 year Warranty.. came in HANDY!

Best warranty you will ever own great customer service

I didn't keep the TV so I was refunded, and it went to the next TV I bought. Oh, I would suggest getting the 2 yr protection plan, it's cheaper than the 5 yr plan and when its time to renew, it is MUCH cheaper!

Love to always get the warranty it makes things easier if it’sa problem
