Always buy the warranty for any device, especially brand new

Have'nt had problems with TV. Its only a month since i purchased it, but like the peace of mind knowing that if there's a problem i can call the Geek Squad. Bought a two year extended warranty.

Very professional and listened to issue, Had timely feedback for next process.

Hoping this gives protection if we need it for Tv.

The team we got were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, patient. They never rushed us and spent time showing us the options and shortcuts. This team has been together and worked for Best Buy for a long time. Definitely recommend this service and will use again when we need to purchase any tvs

Picked the geek squad protection with my new 70 inch TV. Can’t go wrong with this warranty. Hopefully I don’t ever need to use it but the cost is definitely worth the cost. I bought the new Tv due to an accident with my old tv that would have been covered if I had this service in the 1st place…

Like to be squad they're very good and I've always had a good luck with them I'm there great people to help to assist with someone and maybe you have problems with whatever and as far as repairs and then really good and it's always good to have someone like to geek squad I would recommend the key squad to anyone it has any problems like with electronics overall

Best Buy warranty used to be better but with what they still offer can’t go wrong with a warranty.

I will tell you right now I always recommend a five-year warranty when you buy a TV especially if you're a type of smart buyer that doesn't constantly buy like some Enthusiast or fomo having person. I

We were disappointed with our TV purchase as it gave us problems from day 1 however after speaking with Geek Squad, they sent a technician to diagnose the problem and scheduled a, immediate replacement which we are now enjoying. They were very easy to deal with and the 2 gentlemen who delivered our TV were very professional and their communication with us regarding arrival time was excellent as we were able to ensure we were there to receive the delivery. all in all, they were fantastic to deal with from the 1st call,
