Always buy this on larger purchases If I do need to use it I know I am in good hands with the Geeks.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.

Bought a TV that is clearly defective. Waiting for that first issue to be resolved. Will follow up after the lengthy process

Great protection for 2 years definitely worth getting

If you dont have protection, get it if you still can! I love having ease of mind knowing GeekSquad will come to my rescue should amything occur to my tv.

Geek Squad service gives you great service and peace of mind. Highly recommended especially on big purchases.

It’s good to have the peace of mind. I’m glad they let me get the same protection for a display tv as if it were new in case it goes bad early due to heavy initial use at the store.

I purchased the 5-year Geek Squad protection plan and have been thoroughly satisfied with their service.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

This service pays for itself many times over. I could not be happier with the service.
