I think this is a great deal. They helped me with fixing my laptop and answering questions I had concerning maintenance. Worth the price.

Glad to know my TV is protected by Geek Squad. My TV is protected for 5 years for a convenient price. Last TV was destroyed during moving not taking the same chances again.

Tvs are made to break eventually, whether its the leds, motherboards, wear and tear, etc....devices aren't made to last anymore and they become obsolete eventually. Such is the way now.....I think its always best to get the protection plan.

Had to use my extended warranty. Best Buy was very helpful and took care of the problem. They credited the full cost of my old tv to my new tv, Would recommend the extended warranty. It saved me a lot of money. Happy customer.

We purchased this extended warranty because my dad has recently been having issues with his Samsung TV. The TV itself is really good until it glitched out at less than four months. The Samsung rep gave me the option of having their subcontracted serviceman or Geek squad handle it and I chose Geek Squad thinking it would be faster. Turns out it was but the person who set up and scheduled did not diagnose the problem correctly and therefore ordered the wrong part. I decided to keep having Geek Squad reschedule to fix but decided to try to see if Samsung could get it done earlier but when Samsung scheduled the service call, the company and number given were unreachable by phone and I couldn’t find them listed in Hawaii so I cancelled it and will look forward to next weekend when Geek Squad will return.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection plan. It provides excellent coverage, convenient service options, and peace of mind knowing that my device is protected for an extended period. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to safeguard their electronics investment.

Our salesman was very helpful ! I knew what I wanted he pointed out a lot of the features on 75 inch TV. Was in and out of the store in record time .

Have not had the need to use this as yet but will definitely take advantage of this service if necessary.

Figures out to be $10 a year, well worth it.As my other tv lasted 4 1/2 years.

Just over 4 years ago, when we purchased a 70” tv and sound bar, we purchased the Geek Squad delivery & installation as well as the 5 year protection plan. In all honesty, expected the 5 year warranty to just go unused, as most warranties do. Just over 4 years later, when the television began showing signs of a bad LED panel, we placed the call to Geek squad. The hardest part was just getting connected, waiting 32 minutes on hold. But, once on with the agent, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The tv was deemed unrepairable, so a credit was issued towards a replacement. Because Geek Squad was originally purchased, it was included with the replacement - ALL of it - delivery, install, hook-ups, haul away. This policy became money well spent! And needless to say, we purchased the policy on the new, replacement television.

I love Best Buy. Yeah had good quantity fast and friendly service. Good price yes I haven’t been to Best Buy in a long time. I have a little experience shopping at Best Buy I love it I’m so excited I bought my TV at Best Buy and I love it and the TV does everything that’s why I love the shop yeah have good service.

It is worth buying the extended warranty. Several times it has paid off by replacing an item.

One of the best AMC provided by BestBuy. It is always recommented to get this protection for the peace of mind for costly devices. Pros: 1) Excellent service. The excecutives how handle our calls will make sure we are comfertable and serviced well. 2) Ease of contact - 24X7 some one is available to help us. 3) Knowledgable service persons - The person who comes home for the service / at the station are well knowledgable about the object they are working on. 4) Excellent exchnage policy. If the object is non repairable, the company will refund the fill amount (including the tax) for an excange (if the same item is not available any more). The cons i felt on this program 1) Little more expensive than the other company AMCs. 2) Some time in-home appointments takes some time (but sure it will happen with in a weeks time )

A must for piece of mind! Highly recommend! Things happen to tvs so why not?
