Smart purchase. Why not buy a warranty for a new tv

Love the geek squad protection! It offers a full protection package and in my opinion it is better than the TotalTech. If you're buying a big ticket item like a TV or any appliance, ask the customer service to cancel your TotalTech from this item and add the geek squad warranty instead. Your TV installation will still be covered because of your active TotalTech. What I don't like about TotalTech is that you have to pay a deductible on certain things... this is like an insurance now...

HiSense at its price point is best Television. It serves my purpose very well without spending much. The amount I saved compared to buying expensive TVs, now I can spend on better services like high resolution streaming etc.

ALL modern electronics should be under and Extended Service Plan. From TVs to Computers, and Smart Phones, it seems, these days, that electronic devices can fail at a moment's notice. I've always believed in protecting my purchases with Extended Service Plans, and Geek Squad's Service Plans are no exception; I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a Geek Squad protection plan for all sensitive electronics.

Hopefully won't need it but was relatively lower priced than other insurance. Can't take any chances nowadays with tech.

The warranty saved me o this purchase and helped offset the cost of an upgrade later. 5 year warranty was money well spent.

Make no mistake bout it...U Need 2 get it..we had a Lg HG, for3 yrs. Squad came to work on it, within a few minutes, after he left, had 2 call him back, 4 same thing. After 45 mins, he couldn't repair it. Went next day, got a brand new Lg..cost? 0. This is a great protection plan that worked out for me when I needed it. I had a very small dead pixel on my TV and Geek squad came to review it and the issue was quickly resolved as I was given a gift card to get a new TV.

I can hold my own but i alway get great service with my Geek Squad! Fast, reliable, replacement fast, walk you through trouble shooting. They are great!

I'll be concise and to the point. My Vizio TV started failing just shy of a few weeks before the geek squad protection was going to expire. I filed a claim to make sure it could be repaired before the warranty period was up. Aside of some road-bumps in communication internally (Seriously best buy guys, your left hand should really know what your right hand is doing) they ultimately determined that due to short staffing during the pandemic, service was not available. As such, I was provided a full refund (via best buy in store credit) toward the purchase of a new TV. Let me repeat that: 2 years after I bought it, I was fully refunded because the product failed, and was able to buy a new TV. I will NEVER purchase another electronic here WITHOUT getting this protection.

It was a bit rough I was passed off a few times and given someone cell phone to contact for repair/replacement.

This the best low budget tv you can find on the market. I definitely will want this tv in a bigger size one day.

Never win but i gave it a shot because you never know.

The agents set up my television and they set up a sound bar that I had had before and they connected remotes for not only the TV I bought but for an older TV as well as checked my Orbi mesh system Wi-Fi to make sure it was working correctly with the extenders they went out of their way to help me and they followed the Covid safety protocols they were very knowledgeable and assisted me when I needed a cable and I did not have one they were very very nice as well and extremely helpful. And I worked in customer service for most of my life so I feel that I’m qualified to read these people and I feel that they were absolutely the best part of your geek squad
