It is a no brainer to pay a few extra dollars and protect your investment against defects and just plain old bad luck! And Best Buy makes it super easy!

Purchased LG 65" TV with Geek Squad protection

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad protection so no issues. Always have been satisfied with the service received from Best Buy.

In one case the tv could not be fixed so I got what I spent for a new tv. In the other case they were able to fix it. I would give it 5 stars except that in both cases it took over a month to get the service. That is way too long.

Service Plan

It is nice not to have to worry about bringing the tv in to a Best Buy location if anything were to go wrong with it. It takes my worry away. I haven't had to use it yet and am crossing my fingers I won't need to. I consider it insurance.

Extended Warranty

Great knowledge and customer service

Can’t beat the ability to replace something you bought if it breaks without the hassle of manufacturers. The only negatice would be the price point.

5 year protection plan on my Toshiba 32” smart tv

Peace of mind

I have used the warranties I have purchased in the past for every one of my washers. I would recommend at least getting the warranty on any washer purchased.

Had a problem paying

The company almost loss the sale until another representative saw how upset I was and corrected the order. I have used a prior warranty on another tv and their service was excellent.
