This set show a great picture. The audio quality straight out the set is good. Most HDTV you need a soundbar but not with this set. The only drawback is the system it runs on. Just another account I must keep up with.

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I have to say I was quite satisfied with the service. I brought in a TV that I was experiencing audio and video issues with within the time frame that my geek squad plan allowed. The team at the desk was kind enough to explain the whole process and made mention that it can take up to four weeks for repairs/evaluation of the TV but that it can be as fast as two weeks - I got a response with five days! Sure enough they honored the value of my previous TV model and credit me the value to pursue another television since the model I originally purchased did not exist. I was quite impressed and it was as smooth of an experience I ever had at BB.

I would recommend a Geek squad protection plan for most any product that cannot be easily replaced for over $150 dollars, be it electronics or appliance's. Best Buy's protection plan in my opinion has been one of the best around. We have had several products that have failed and Best Buy, as long as it was covered, has stuck to their promise, if they could fix it, they did. if not, they either replaced it with a brand new product or they gave us the money back for the product and allowed us to purchase a brand new product because they no longer carried that product. It was really a no hassle thing and I could not be happier to recommend it anyone. I am sure there are some stipulations that we have not ran into, but we have had no problems at all in the 5 products we have had issues with in the 12 years or more we have purchased Best Buy protection plans.

The 32 Pioneer TV works great and has plenty of colors to see blended as one watches TV or a DVD player hooked simply into side of TV with cable.

The protection plan is a life saver if your product breaks within two years. It saved us about $800-1000

I live near the Best Buy in Aventura area. Note: for the most part I do all of my electronics purchase from the aventura store. I happened to be near the Best Buy in Hialeah so we stopped by and purchase a Sony tv from them Along with a extended warranty one year to the date it broke, I then call the geeks They came out six or seven times they were unavailable to fix the problem. So the geek called the aventura store since it’s only a few minutes away to see if they would help on the exchange and aventura Best Buy declined to do anything about this issue. Then they called the Hialeah store and spoke to the manager Hector and he accept to take the tv back with no Additional charge to me. All of this has taken 5 months to be resolved, I believe that I purchase the tv at Best Buy and the Best Buy at aventura Should have looked at it more clearly. Best Buy in Aventura lost a customer and Best Buy in Hialeah has gain one&

Reasonable price for the number of years’ protection. Hope I don’t have to use it!

I purchased this 5yr extended warranty because my last tv crapped out after 3 1/2 yrs. I also had the extended warranty on that tv. Geek Squad was unable to repair the tv so they replaced it with a brand new comparable model. They made everything simple, installed the new tv and removed the old one. I would highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty for any high end model tv. One year standard warranty isnt enough.

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

I haveaved $500 so far. And within a week of making a large purchase Worth it for me.

We chose the previous TV carefully for the desired features and were sad when a storm resulted in the TV not turning on. As the TCL warranty did not cover the weather-related symptoms, I turned to the Geek Squad for help. We had purchased the Geek Squad coverage with the TV and I’m so thankful we did!!! They diagnosed that not only the power supply was damaged, but the main board was non-functional. As parts were not available, they replaced the TV. I quickly purchased the Geek Squad coverage for the replacement TV, as well, for an extremely reasonable price. One Squad member came to our home to diagnose, and another delivered the new TV. We are so pleased!!!
