bought 65" insignia 4k tv in july - hdmi ports (all 3) failed in mid november - purchased 4 year geek squad svc contract - contacted geek squad service - 4 separate chat sessions, and 1 telephone call later, they have yet to have the repair person come to my home to put a new motherboard in my tv - it is not even scheduled!! on the telephone call this morning, their rep said they did not even have a repair person in this area (syracuse, ny), to service tv's. they took my money for the contract but can't even provide the service!! buyers beware of this tactic - service is not part of their dna!!!

They took care of the needs very well. Very nice people.

The reason for the 4 stars is because of all the problems trying to set up the appointment to come out and install the Tv. I purchased a 55” smart tv. The installation appointment was changed 3 times. Other than that the service was great!!

Just had ro drop off no setup.the delivery people was very helpful wirh service.

This tv has an excellent picture. I have no problems to report

I'm an electronic dummy. I'm still stuck in the 70's and 80's. Like an old Hippy. This Insignia Fire TV I purchased leaves me in Awe. I am so happy with it it works great

TV quit after a few days. They brought out a new one and set it up for us. We bought the tv to replace one that was less than 3years old that had quit. It was a different brand and we had not purchased the extended warranty. Great piece of mind and we were real pleased with the knowledge of the Geek Squad.

Within three months of my tv purchase, I had to use the Geek Squad service when I dropped the remote control in my coffee. Their help was immediate and I was able to get a replacement within a week. I always get this coverage whenever I make a purchase.

I'm so glad I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my 55" insignia Fire TV. I had to exchange for another one after a month and then exchange again for an upgraded brand.

Haven't had the need to use this service, but it's always good to have that extra safety net.
