The Geek Squad service is always excellent, no complaints with them. The only part that sucks is how fast the protection plan deuterates. Used on a TV and within 4 months of purchase we lost a good chunk of the money when having to do a return. Not sure it is worth paying for, but was helpful.

Provides peace of mind for our LG TV and other purchases! At first I debated the value but remembered other TVs going out after 3-4 years and went with this!

Hopefully it pays off. Sometimes it's a gamble and your stuff actually lasts as long as appliances and TV's use to last.

very helpful in helping to exchange item. Only drawback was it was not volunteered to set up equipment weather it would be free or at an added cost and I did not think to ask as prior television was set up by delivery personnel.

I used to be against extended warranties with the thought that it was just a waste of money. Then I married a woman that thought she could fix anything herself and typically did more damage. Now I buy the Geek Squad warranties on everything I purchase with implicit instructions that if it breaks, schedule maintenance!

We purchased this just in case of technical issues or difficulties with our TV unit. Its better to have a back up on top of the limited warranty and I believe it is easier and convenient to schedule a service with the geek squad compared to the actual warranty company. At least that's what I heard from the actual agent as a tip of advice.

So happy with the Geek Squad! I have had them come to my house a few different times in the past years. Very helpful and courteous!! Highly recommend!!

Very helpful with any questions that you may have. The plan is great to have because you don't have to worry about if something happens to it then it is covered.

Bought a tv with the extended warranty. A yeast later, the TV had an issue ans instaad of fixed, we opted for the gift card and we upgraded.

Geek Squad protection is a must. I use to not get it until my son's Bose headphones broke about a month before his Geek Squad warranty was up. He brought it in and got a new pair no questions asked. Saved him over $300.

Worth every penny, when repair is not achievable, replacement is quick and easy. Purchase the 5 year plan, items replaced, home theater receiver, 55 inch tv and cd player all in the 5th year

I signed on because their terms were good and I will have piece of mind. Nothing is predictable witha new product. I haven't had any issue so far but they sent an email to check on the product.

Purchased Geek Squad fixed my flat screen TV. There was a problem which was fixed for free by Geek Squad. Took multiple visits but TV did work between visits just with some features not working.

I purchased this extended warranty because it covers parts and labor as well as in home repair. Even covers damage from lightning! One repair in the five year coverage and it will pay for itself.
