Highly recommend getting extended warranty for every purchase. Came in handy when TV stopped working.

We bought the extended warranty when we purchased a TV at Best Buy for our son's room. Any time we purchase electronics for our kids, we generally get the protection plan because we know our kids aren't always gentle on electronics. I hope we never have to use the warranty, but it's nice to know we have it in case we need it.

An amazing service and I have used this particular service multiple times through my many years being a Best Buy customer. It is worth it every time I purchase a new item to always have that piece of mind knowing Best Buy is backing my purchase.

Love being the open box items which saves me money. Therefore I use some of that savings to purchase the extended warrantees. Never had to use one yet, But as long as I do not have to spend my own money, I believe it is well worth it.

Always A must have with your Electronics purchase Best Buy has the Best GEEK SQUAD Technicians around if u ever have any troubles make sure u buy the 5 Yr proection a must have that way anything goes wrong your covered.

Two tv's went black screen after just two years. Five year plan seems like a good buy.

Always buy the plans, they have paid for themselves many times over. I had a 55 inch HD tv break after a year, the let me have a new one. That one then broke about almost two years later, so they let me have yet another one (a new model since the old was gone).

Haven’t had to use it yet but have had geek Squad service several times in the past year and frankly, where I am, they’ve been so good that I always try to purchase through Best Buy.

Happy to report that I have not utilized their servicess yet. All my purchases have continued to function as promised. Be even more happy if 2 yrs. from now I report the same thing. It is comforting to know that I have this service in the event I need it. Better to be safe than sorry ($$).

Love the product. My TV went out and they replaced my TV without and problem. It was delivered within 48hrs.

I grabbed this two-year protection plan to add to the base coverage on the Insignia TV at the time of purchase. Having the additional "Geek Squad" protection gives me additional peace of mind (especially considering this unit was purchased for my son's usage. Bear in mind this coverage is only on the parts & labor - it does not provide accidental damage protection. Still, for my purposes, it was money well spent.

TVs aren't lasting as long as they used to. Sometimes less than a year before they develop a critical issue. This takes the worry and hassle out of getting it repaired or replaced.

Was able to utilize this protection plan for a TV of similar value and was able to upgrade to a newer TV. Will always be purchasing the extended protection plan for such purchases in the future.

I'm glad I have this! I'm not sure many people know of this or not but best buy warranties are one if not the only warranty that'll cover dead pixels AND burn in! I got an amazing deal on a 5-year plan and wouldn't have bought the TV without it!!!

The 5year Geek Squad protection plan is so worth the money. My 60” TV just gave out 4 years into the protection plan, had someone out here almost immediately to try and repair it to no avail. He made a call and we had a new one on the way to us 4 days later. They installed, set up and carted away the old one.

I mean its pretty much the best plan you can get with any purchase. Has come in handy plenty of times when life's accidents get in the way.

Although we couldn’t use them for most of the year because of the pandemic I would recommend them they know what they’re doing. I do believe anybody that had geek squad this year should have added service to the contract for the inconvenience.

Any problems with my TV'S and I just bring it in and pick out a new one... no questions asked....
