What can I say about these guys. Over the years they have helped me in all kinds of situations with my laptop. They provide excellent customer service and they are professional.

Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.

Love Geek Squad and their protection plans. I always get one and even if I don't have a protection plan they try to assist me as much as they can. Thank you!!

Never can have enough extended warranty for electronics

Very professional, newer TV (1 year old) pixels started showing lines vertically on TV screen. Squad determined that it was a manufacturer issue and gave me a credit for the valuation of TV..No hassle, highly recommend.

So worth it. Not very expensive and so fabulous when you need it. I’ve popped in for the Geek Squad to answer questions, give me explanations for things that didn’t make sense, help me install programs then understand the nuances, they have run checks as often as I thought my computer was compromised. So helpful, will always have a Geek Squad plan!

Best protection for any electronic devices , good prices for coverage

The value was great and worth the extra warranty on the TV.

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

With so many electronic devices in our house, we love the peace of mind of having a five year protection plan that covers any problems, and they come to our home for any service or repair calls. It sure beats pulling a large TV off the wall and hauling it somewhere for a repair

Very good deal on Best Buy. Wanted to get the 65 inch but we’re sold out . Very good TV with vivid color and budget friendly. Installed this for my kids bedroom. It has multiple gaming consoles hooked up to it. It’s a pleasure watching on this television so far. Wanted to get a Vizio but heard Vizio TVs we’re having problems and issues so instead decided to go with this.
