I always take it an extended warranty because I have found out that it pays off in the end and besides, I want to make sure I'm protected. Best Buy's warranty is a very good warranty, that's why I have no problem in paying for it, even if I don't use it, I do have a piece of mind during those 5 years since the manufacturer warranties are usually only 1 year. Just being able to take it to Best Buy, rather then sending it off, makes it even better.

Convenient, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

We havent had to use it yet but its nice knowing we have protection on our investment.

Bought extra protection for a Samsung OLED TV and hope I don't need to use it

We have had Geek Squad for quite a few years now and they do very good work. If they can fix it they will. And if they can't fix it they will tell you that also. We took in an old computer and they told us they couldn't fix it. That's the way it should be. It's worth the money you spend for it.

So worth it. This was on my parents old TV I bought them. TV was about 4 year old and started getting dark spots. Geek squad had me send pictures and approved replacement. They came out and delivered the new TV and removed the old. Would always suggest either the individual plan or the plan that covers all purchases, both are a good value

Had to use my Geek Squad Service just 2 months before it was expired on my 75" TCL ROKU TV .. IT WAS REPLACED WITH AN UPGRADED MODEL AND I BOUGHT ANOTHER 5 YEAR GEEK SQUAD SERVICE..

Glad to have this warranty just in case something happens w/ our new tv.
