I was able to get my tv worked on quickly and effortlessly at my request. The moment they realized it couldn’t be fixed I was quickly given the option to replace my tv and buy another protection plan for the new one. Everything was in a timely fashion and made to be quick and painless

Geek Squad is exceptional!!! I purchase Geek Squad with all my major purchases. I would say purchase total support it saves almost have on most Geek Squad purchases which totally pays for itself if you require Geek Squad services.

I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them

I had a Samsung 32” tv that died after 2 years. Such a disappointment. So I bought a 32” Toshiba smart tv and purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price.

I haven’t had any problems with my tv, thankfully. But I’m glad I have this just in case.

I always buy an extended protection warranty and Best Buy always honors it when warranted

It's nice having a 5 year warranty on a Smart TV. You never know what can happen during that time. It's very easy for a pixel to burn out and ruin the TV experience. I always buy warranties on electronics.

LG has great picture and value. Was worth the short wait on black friday.

I bought this to install my laptop hard drive. It made it easy they transferred the system from the old one and did all the installations. Something came loose 6 months the after I brought the laptop back in they fixed it with no charge. I'm a welder and a mechanic i do not work on PC anything this coverage was worth every penny
