Service always excellent, have had geek squad protection in all my purchases

I always purchase insurance on all my items. I love the fact that I can get to my local Best Buy and get the help asap. I've used Geek Squad and they definitely helped me with all my questions and guide me on replacements when needed.

The agent that I talked to was very knowledge of my protection plan. I had no problem with switching out my TV.

Seamless replacement. I had a warrantee issue. They suggested an alternate brand.

I usually don't buy service warranty, however I chose to for this 65 inch TV. Mainly it offers in house service so no need to box up and send out. Knock on wood no need to use it so far. I like to call it Insurance.

Inlove with the tv has very high details and beautiful colors and works well with my ps5 and very awesome with movies

I have not needed to use it but it is supposed to protect for just about anything that can go wrong with the tv

havent had to use it product is excellent but if i do need to use it im sure ill have no issues
