    If you are going to buy any Electronics from Best Buy always get the insurance 5 years insurance is the best I have a TV to break down on me and I thought about it and I remember I had the warranty thinking that they wouldn't help me gave them a call and they helped me out and just two days with a brand new TV yes this is worth it

    Best Buy really stands behind there customers I have purchase every tv from them. I purchase 50" 2021 model Hisense couple years ago with a 5 year protection plan. Some time ago my tv failed. I call Hisense file claim after 2 weeks i never got a call back from them i was outrage by there lousy customer service! So i reach out to Best Buy explain the situration within 2 weeks Best Buy replace my 50" tv with 55" Hisense at no cost to me. Just week ago again the new replacement Hisense tv again failed. I called up Best Buy and spoke to Chris manager at corporate his first question was, have you pick out a new replacement? Yes i choose 2023 model Roku Plus Series and it was $100 more then my original tv cost he said no problem no cost to you and we will come out next week remove the failed one and install with the new tv you choose. This exactly why i buy all my tvs from Best Buy. There customer service is outstanding and they really do take care of there customers and back up there products especialy now theses days where most customer services is at new low. Thxs Best Buy for taking care of me. Your the best!

    The color mixing function on my 4 year old Samsung 50" 4K set suddenly went haywire one day when I turned it on. (Way too much red.) I noticed I only had a few weeks left on my 4 year protection plan, and they don't renew them beyond that time. The Geek Squad agent over the phone ordered parts including 2 different circuit boards to have on hand for the service techs on the assigned repair date. They came out & replaced a panel and tested the set, but that panel (or the main screen) failed after a few weeks. I again phoned in, and the telephone representative, after some helpful discussion, referred me to a very friendly, helpful replacement representative, who promptly offered to order me (at NO COST) a closest equivalent 55" model, since the older set was not worth more repair and didn't have a good direct replacement. She gave me a current dollar value, and said I could also choose any set I wished, just paying for any difference in price for any upgrade I chose. When I studied the spec sheets online, I noticed the old one had 4 HDMI inputs (I had 3 connected items) and the new suggested model only had 2 HDMI inputs. I noticed online the same model they suggested was available in a 58" screen size for $80 more, with 3 HDMI inputs. When I called them back and explained my dilemma, the rep checked out the specs, and immediately agreed, again at NO COST (that was a surprise), to upgrade me to the 58" size, and deliver it free, and pick up the old one. I also wished to purchase the maximum 5 year Geek Squad Protection on the new set, for only $89, which the agent agreed on. They handled everything on the phone quickly and even advised me that I had a $10 Rewards credit, and applied it to this purchase. Two days later, the delivery team delivered the new set and took the old one. I could not have asked for better, more friendly and helpful service from all involved. Well done, Best Buy and Geek Squad!

    Pioneer 55 Inch HDTV

    This set show a great picture. The audio quality straight out the set is good. Most HDTV you need a soundbar but not with this set. The only drawback is the system it runs on. Just another account I must keep up with.

    Greek squad extended warranty is worthwhile

    Greek Squad extended warranty for tvs is worth it. We had a tv go bad after 3.5 three years and received a refund of the price to buy a new one because we purchased the 5-year warranty. The process was easy and quick.

    I feel my TV purchase is secure with a Geek Squad protection policy, they are local so I don't need to worry about much of a wait time for any service I may need. 5 year protection at a very fair price is well worth my peace of mind.

    Best protection ever! Had the Geek Squad set up my laptop & move my pics from my old laptop onto a flash drive i purchased & everything was seamless! I was ready to turn on & go with my laptop once i got home with it! Definitely a must to have with any electronics! The techs are so informative & know their stuff!

    Warranty for 65" TCL mini LED TV

    Best Buy did well helping me get a replacement for my Samsung 65" TV. They gave me about $450 for my old TV which really helped me be able to get a high quality new one. The warranty was well worth was it cost me to purchase.
