I purchased this protection for my Vizio TV and I hope I never use it. It's very versatile that you don't have to worry about lugging your tv to a repair shop if it needs service.

So far don’t have to use it and hopefully don’t have to but if at some point I have to hopefully they are there.

The tv works great! It has a very good selection of streaming video apps. The on,y drawback I found is the remote. It doesn’t have any number buttons. So if you have to go from channel 4 to 24, you have to press the up button 20 times!

Everything has gone well with the services requested and for those that didn't work the first time a second technician was sent out to resolve the issue making me happy with the service.

The Geek squad warranty is a must have. Any issue I had with my TV was resolved right away no issues. The customer service representative was willing to help and very friendly.
