I get the 5 year on all TVs and applianaces its worth every dollar and they have replaced 2 TV's now. A 70 inch LG TV in our living room they came to the house and fixed and did a great job.

Definitely needed this for my tv, hung it on the wrong mount and it started glitching.

Reviewing a product protection plan. I hope I don’t have to use it

I think that the person I was speaking with on the phone was very hard to understand so I called back again and I reached someone that spoke more clearly.They did take care of my problem so I would rate it's a four out of fiveonly because it was hard to understand the person and it took too much time to talk to someone because they tried to get you to talk to the computer untill you tell the computer many times (You need to speak to someone). So everything else is great except for those two issues.

I couldn’t get customer support for a ThinQ App from LG. Good thing that I bought Geek Squad support. They were able to help replace the TV in home. The only negative was it took ONE MONTH for them to get to my home. I’m still waiting. Slooooow.

Best Buy’s warranty is great really take care of the customer and give great customer service

Over all I am satisfied. I owned an older model—store bought, new—for 7yrs. before it stopped working recently. so I decided to buy the newest model. I must say I am extremely satisfied. Video, sound, and gaming graphics—all which pair nicely with my ps5–are superb. The size is perfect for the bedroom not to exaggeratingly huge or small and I had to stop using my sound bar because the sound quality of the new tv was exceedigly better—the tv being mounted. Overall extremely satisfied.

There pretty easy to get in contact with and they don’t make it difficult with their appointments like some other companies

They are always there available, helpful and informative on issues that arise. I am lucky that I haven't had to use them too often but they are good at what they do.

I have not had the necessity to use the coverage for any of the devices bought with the Geek Squad Protection.

Geek squad mounted both my TVs quickly and they did a great job.

I bought the warranty on my insignia tv I bought less than 2 years ago, thank goodness. There was definitely an array of issues surrounding getting my warranty service but it all worked out in the end. I have just bought another 5 year warranty on my new tv.
