So happy I purchased this but I don’t think I’ll need it

Honestly can’t go wrong with the Protecrion Plan and the Geek Squad!

This is a pretty, good protection that I used for my new PC setup

Bought the warranty with our last TV and it died. So glad we did. No questions asked, repair or replace and you get to keep on trucking. Happy to buy the same protection on our new TV!

Excellent help but sometimes there is a long waiting period for service to be completed.

I purchased this Protection Plan for my 8K TV. I think it is worth it because BestBuy gives me the opportunity to deal with them directly instead of mailing stuff or 3rd parties. Specially, I have the piece of mind that if my TV needs to be replaced I will receive a new one instead of a refurbished one (It has happened before). In that case I rather buy a new one than getting something that has different defects of the one that I turned in (Specially with phones, it has happened more than once).

Love this Tv. Has a crisp clear screen! Perfect for viewing sports!

Have been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years. They stand by what they sell and the Geek Squad is always there to help. Did not use them for my most recent purchase but would recommend them to assist in TV and surround sound installation to those that need it.

I always get the extended warranty on the higher price electrical items because the two times I have had to use it they did not give me any hassle at all. One of the items was a vacuum and because it was non fixable and no longer stocked (three years old) they gave me my full purchase price back on a gift card. Also other places make you use the manufacture warranty the first year before the extended warranty kicks in, but the geek squad protection handles all that for you.

I'm so glad I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my 55" insignia Fire TV. I had to exchange for another one after a month and then exchange again for an upgraded brand.

Very helpful and as my tv still under 2 year warranty just got new one to replace old one well worth it

I purchased Geek Squad for a open box TV I purchased and I give me a since of comfort. I like knowing if i have any problems with a large expense item, its covered by professional technical associates. I've used geek squad services in the past with my laptop and their services helped me in the most necessary time, during college. Thank you Best Buy for having the a very reliable service, Geek Squad is great!

I am usually not a warranty guy, but I finally overcame my fears and got an OLED TV and this is one time I felt the cost was justified. Turns out Best Buy's warranty is the only one in the business that covers burn-in! I was so afraid to get an OLED< but with the peace of mind this gives me I am able to enjoy gaming and movies on the best TV I have ever laid eyes on. If the dreaded burn-in happens, Best Buy has my back.

I bought this for insurance for my 98” television. It is a little pricey but the coverage is good and it would pay for itself with one call.

Happy with the extended warranty. The last tv started having problems just outside the factory warranty and as a piece of mind it was nice having the extended warranty. The tech’s came and checked out the old tv and determined that it was unrepairable. So the upgraded my tv with the newer model and I kept the same warranty.
