Its nice to have local support for some products you can buy a Bestbuy. That is one up for Bestbuy vs. their competition.

I am not a warranty person. My daughter bought me a Surface and purchased the geek squad protection. The surface dropped and had a crack in it. I brought it to Best Buy and they took it and mailed me a new one. No issues. I will purchase Geek Squad protection with all my electronics.

My Geek Squad Service purchase was the best purchase decision ever because when I needed installation assistance I called the Squad and they were at my home in less than an hour and done in less than an hour.

I would have given 5 stars because the protection is good but Best Buy in store customer service tried to make me pay twice for Geek Squad protection if my son hadn't noticed

Why WOULDN'T you buy this when you've already spent money for an expensive television? Even though it's mounted on the wall, one never knows what might happen. For us, it's worth every penny to have piece of mind.

It is really nice to have this service, I can take my product back if needed, which gives me a lot of piece of mind. And after 5 years, most products need some kind of service!

very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

When you dont have it, you will wish you did. My TV at just a little over 3 yrs went out. They tried to fix and couldn't, so i got a new TV. So glad i had it.

I hope i never have to use this but it is a nice feature to have. Figure it was better to have it in case. Replacing a new TV can get expensive

It is great that such a long warranty is offered. I have been using geek squad protection for several years on products, and when there is an issue with a product, it is usually replaced in store on the spot hassle free.

Definitely worth having as my TV had an ink leak geek squad took care of it
