    I'm writing this because LG wouldn't fix my TV that was having ghosting problems , but as soon as the geek squad took a look I got a new TV

    Monster is the only cables I use for all of my electronics. Monsters ability to have a super clear picture.

    We purchased this 5 year plan to accompany an Insignia 24 inch TV purchase. This TV was replacing 2 LG TVs that were in the same place that lasted a little over a year. So TV number 3 in about a 3-4 year period. The price was reasonable though and whether the old TVs were subject to a power surge or not, we felt the price of the protection plan was worth it this time even though we were purchasing $100 TVs.

    Bought for an insignia 43" non-smart TV - hope Best Buy and Insignia are listening because not everyone uses a smart TV and like the privacy of a non smart to add a Roku to control what a manufacturer can discover. But the 5 year geek squad I probably won't need. I like the store brand better than others.

    If you use any sound bar besides Roku if you use the ARC connection and your remote controls your soundbar and the TV your volume will jump three to four increments at a time. If you use the optical you have to use a remote for each one, and if you use the auxiliary cord which is low quality sound it's fine

    This is one of the best tv's I have ever bought, Samsung is by far superior to any other Tv brand in the market and purchasing from Best Buy? everything will always go right. Don't forget to use Geek Squad!

    I have always gotten extended warranty's. Best Buy and Geek Squad make this warranty worth having. I have had some trouble with the last three Samsung TV's that I have bought. All of them were replaced under warranty and the team at Best Buy and Geek Squad were great help when it came time to use my warranty. I can't stress enough how valuable it is to have an extended warranty. Its an added cost but the sense of security outweighs that cost.

    Worth having for peace of mind, however with my PS5 purchase experienced the worst of the worst. Had a PS5 failure within three months of the purchase, and because stock is extremely limited the benefit's do not apply. There are no consoles in store to replace them with so you end up relying on the manufacturer to take care of you. Worth buying for items in store, not so much with PS5

    BB is asking me to review something I've not needed to use yet. Yes, I purchased this for my TV but I can't give an informed review since I have no experience other than buying the plan which was painless and reasonable

    Extended Warranty Is The Only Way To Go!

    Would not purchase a new higher cost electronic without the extended warranty! Our last Samsung TV went out 30 days before our previous extended warranty ran out. Old set was replaced with a new one at no charge.

    They are dependable and honest. The weak spot is most everything is sent out for repairs post diagnosis that can't be repaired in house. If parts are available you'll get it done in house as soon possible. Outside with a backlog, it can mean months. Ask the Geek Squad what manufacturer of interest gives the best performance and has the least chance for return when you intend to buy. You can do that with a chat on line.

    These warranties are 100% worth the money! I bought a Sony A9G in 11/2020 and it died 11/2022, because of the warranty Best Buy gave me $1800 for the A9G, $100 less than I paid 2 years ago, plus I got to keep my A9G despite its pixel issue. I put the money towards the A95K and bought another 5 year warranty! If you spend $2000+ on a tv, it’s worth it.
