The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

The salesman at Best Buy in Germantown (Mr. G..." ) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He took time to explain the importance of purchasing a warranty for my 24 " televisions. Great service came and in a timely manner it was easy to set up and appointment and I didn’t have to wait along time to get one. Once arrived was very respectful tried to fix my tv and saw he could T and instantly put in for me to get a gift card to replace it. I went and picked out my new tv the next day

Hopefully I never have to use my geek squad protection, but I have peace of mind knowing it's there if I ever need it! I've been shopping at Best Buy as long as I can remember and they've always treated me good!

Haven’t had to use this, but have faith in my local Geeks who seem to care and know about these tech items. Don’t really like how the prices of these plans keep getting jacked up.

Normally I do not purchase extended warranties, but after a recent storm I had a need to buy a new TV. After listening to everything that this warranty covers I found it to be a good cost effective thing to buy. If I had this on the TV that I had to replace, I would not have had to buy a new TV.

It was super easy to sign up for an account before I made my purchase of a brand new tv. Best Buy made that easy for me. A place where I go for all my appliances and electronic needs. They're so friendly and always quick to help. I love my Best Buy

Great price for the warranty on my son 43 inch Samsung tv. I would definitely recommend get one for your children items.

The plan isn't as good as it used to be. But it still works. I am upset at Best Buy, they are really going down. They got where they are with great customer service, which they don't do now.

When I tell you that Geek Squad service is flippin AWESOME that's what I mean they really go hard trying to help and if they can't do it then they roll out a new product or a refund......I love me some Geek Squad!!

Gav and Chris are both an asset to the Geek Squad! The service I received was impeccable. They were able to provide me with the necessary equipment for my tv. I highly recommend and would use them again for future services.

I know we bought this protection for a computer that are 7 year old child uses and I've already forgotten I had this plan it's been a year now and had absolutely no issues with my computer. So I'm happy to say I bought this plan for issues but it's funny I've already forgotten about the plan. It just goes to show that Best Buy sells a product that doesn't need a plan. I'm not saying I didn't need the plan I'm saying I bought a good product regardless.
