The warranty ended without a reminder to renew…and immediately the tv stopped working!!! Almost like the software is programmed that way.

i gave it 3 stars for the peace of mind it gives me, have not had to use the service.

The included Services of geek squad protection seem to have diminished greatly over time. You get charged no less than $100 for someone to come out and troubleshoot in a way you could have done with a CSR over the phone. They really don't do much else even when a TV make and model is known for having certain issues for some reason they don't bring the most likely needed parts with them to address the problem. That makes no sense to me.

I don’t remember getting this so I have to ask my wife how she likes it.

Have not used this yet but gives me comfort having it.

Haven't had to use the protection, so can't really rate it.

I haven't had a need to use the service yet but good to know it's there when and if I needed it to get my equipment fixed.

Bought one of these for each of the TV's I bought for the girls rooms. TV's must be pretty good as I have not needed them.

Why buy a protection plan when the G.Squad tells you there's nothing wrong? Feels like wasted money on my end.

It's insurance, do you need it? I haven't used it so I do not know, but hope I never have to

I haven’t had to use it but my Smart TV cost me way too much not to have that reassurance.

The hdmi cuts out alot . I have used different cords and systems it was the tv. The tv only lasted 2 years then wouldnt turn on even tho I used it moderately. Don’t buy if you do a protection plan is essential.

My devices have been running perfectly so no need for this yet. The comfort pf knowing i have it is amazing though!

Its nice to know you have coverage however i just found out thati have the exact same coverage already on my insurance...

I used the geek squad for our new vizio TV, which was having a terrible halo effect. I was told just turn down my brightness to where everything looked so dark I couldn't the Halo, or anything else on the TV. I give 2 starts because the geek squad has done well for me in the past, but this was not one of those times

got the warranty i wouldn't normally get it but the tv cost enough to justify it.

This coverage sucks not worth it my tv got damaged on the move and they will not replace it .Even though I called geek squad and they said all I had to do was go to store I bought it and it would be replaced but it was a lie . Even though it’s in the contract that if damaged accidental it would be replaced not true .

I paid for a 2 year service plan. The first year was worthless as I was told I had to deal with the manufacturer. My TV died within the first year and Ihad to fight with the manufacturer to get a replacement. Now the replacement has died. I have been dealing with the manufacturer tech support for the last couple weeks because the replacement was under a year old. Now I am literally days outside my Geek Squad 2 year and the manufacturer says it is a Geek Squad problem and Geek Squad says the warranty is expired because I didn't contact them a couple weeks ago when I contacted the manufacturer.
