We have very destructive cats in the house, so it's probably a good investment to have a coverage.

We needed a TV fast for New Years so we looked for Open bix desls at the store. The price was great. But I have been super pleased with the picture quality snd ease of use. Hooking up DirecTv was a breeze and I hooked up blue ray, Vcr, Atari 2600, nintendo64 and a multiple game player (Nes,sega,sense, all work great! I love the smart tv menu LG uses its very user friendly. And extras like channel plus, amszon hulu etc are great. it has the ability to wirelessly connect to your phone. Wireless network setup was a breeze. I would recommend this TV

I have used Geek Squad in the past and was happy with them. I haven’t used them lately, but feel they will be good.

In love with the sound bar. The bass is amazing. I have it for my bedroom, bass shakes the whole room even on a low volume.

It is a nice basic 4k smart tv, but the operating system is just so different for me, and it doesnt get some streaming channels, 1 very important to me i ended up getting an Amazon fire stick. It only has 1 hdmi connection as well which is really a pain. Another thing i had to add onto this, an hdmi splitter which worked ok for 1 day. Oyy.

I had one year left on this extended warranty which really paid off about a year ago when I returned to my summer and found my 75" Panasonic dead. The first technician who showed up was less than friendly, though in all fairness, did a good job of the initial installation, when I got my regular Geek Squad tech out to finish the job, everything worked out beautifully.

It’s best to have protection on the things you buy because you never know what can happen to the things that cost a lot! I love this protection very much and it has helped me a lot aswell

I bought this to extend the warranty on my TCL TV, I wasn't too familiar with the brand so I didn't know what to expect. So far, the TV has been great so I haven't needed to use this. For me, it was worth the money for a little peace of mind. I would recommend this if you are buying this type of electronics.

If you are buying something that is electronic, you will want this for the peace of mind. I have this on all my PC's, peripherals and TV's. I have had numerous issues resolved by bringing a PC into the store and I have had an in home visit for a large printer issue. Good people, they know what they are doing and the price is right.. do this, you wont regret it.

The protection that this plan covers is needed in my opinion with unforseen technical issues that may arise later. All electronic purchases such as TVs should have a plan that exceeds the standard warranty as you're adding an extra blanket of security on your investment. This is one of the reasons that I primarily opt to purchase from Best Buy for my television purchases due to the affordable plans that you're able to add. Great value for sure.

The crews are very patient and nice. Though it took some time to get all issue resolved, I am very happy that Geek Squad provide protection to my TV purchase and offered the best outcome

Bought this tv in Dec. 2000. It was a decent tv at a great price until the screen no longer worked. Geek Squad to the rescue. My tech Josh was the nicest guy and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a step by step answer of how to resolve my issue. I couldn't recommend Geek Squad enough and will never go with out it again.
