I don't know why people don't buy this. I didn't have problems with my television until 28 months after I purchased my television. After calling for support for both of my television and sound bar, which they sent someone out 3 times to see if they could simply repair my television and sound bar. (Which they couldn't) They ended up (free of charge) replacing my television and because they no longer carried my sound bar they upgraded me to the newest version of that brand, as well as offering me the ability to get the extended warranty for the new sound bar. Except for when I purchase something for someone else, I always purchase the extended warranty.

The Greek squad was unbelievable. Very friendly. Put my tv up and made sure I was happy with it. Couldn’t ask for a nicer installation

Purchased this 5 year protection to ensure the use of this TV for 5 years. They are not made as well as decades ago.

Always have an extended warranty. All electric items always break around manufacture warranty which is unfortunate.

This protection program is invaluable. I think it's an absolute must when making an expensive purchase. I've used it quite a few times through the years and I've never had any problems.

The membership prices are amazing it notified me about my past purchases on how the price dropped since then, and I save a lot of money with the price match. Also the peace of mind knowing Geek squad standing by for whatever tech support you need.

I mean, it’s a good service to provide, but feel like the employees need to be trained a little bit more on broader of products and being more customer friendly sometimes I’ve came in and it’s not the best experience
