Geek squad is a must if purchasing electronics it really is a life saver if anything unexpected happens!!

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.

The guys were great!! I do have a question I forgot to ask. Can the solar remote be replaced with a battery remote? 2. Can I buy a solar remote that is bigger? Would appreciate if Matt or Jaime could answer those questions.

The geek squad agents did a great job mounting my tv and hooking everything up plus a some basic training.

I've had no issues with my Sony 4K TV I purchased this warranty for but I know and heard that Best Buy does have great quality customer service if something goes wrong with your purchase and it can be easily returned and exchanged for the same product or similar product.

LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD 5 YEAR PROTECTION BECAUSE I PURCHASED A STOVE THAT HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES AND WAS REIMBURSED FOR MY TROUBLE. NORMALLY DONT PURCHASE PROTECTION BUT GOT BURNED BEFORE ON A WASHING MACHINE THAT WENT OUT AFTER TWO YEARS

I haven't had to use it yet but the did use it on the last TV that I purchased and it was great. They came out and repaired the TV twice over 3 years. Then, on the third repair, they gave me a store credit for a new equivalent TV or I could use the amount towards a better one. Simple and very pleasant.

Definitely worth investing in. I had an issue with a previous model of my Oled and I was able to exchange and grab a larger screen for a very low cost!
