Great protection for your tv when you need it!! the protection had a reasonable cost!!

LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD 5 YEAR PROTECTION BECAUSE I PURCHASED A STOVE THAT HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES AND WAS REIMBURSED FOR MY TROUBLE. NORMALLY DONT PURCHASE PROTECTION BUT GOT BURNED BEFORE ON A WASHING MACHINE THAT WENT OUT AFTER TWO YEARS

U purchased the Geek squad 2 year.to cover my 100" tv. An asset has to have protection.

Worth every penny. They replaced my Vizio 58 inch TV, purchased in Nov 2020. After verifying it could not be fixed they offered me my choice of several comparable TVs. The whole process was quick and easy. All it cost was the price of a new 2yr protection plan.

Best service ever I can live worry free for the next 5 yrs knowing that if anything happens to my protected item it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to me. Best Buy’s protection is a must whenever you prurchased expensive high quality in home items . Protect your purchases better safe than sorry!

I always try to get a protection plan when i buy more expensive items.

My wife Samsung went out geek squad was unable to repair it had no problem getting a gift card for full price of the TV used it for the standard warranty on my new 65-in OLED TV

Technology has become so sophisticated that it isn't easy to set up a new smart tv. There are so many options that I was not sure how they would affect my tv viewing preferences. Haven't had to use this particular Geek Squad protection plan yet, but I have confidence it'll pay for itself.

I haven't gotten to use the extended warranty...so not sure yet. But... I had a 65" going bad. The manager said they would cover it, but the screen was cracked in a corner. I was ok with the crack, it didn't affect the TV and was there for over a year. The TV started going dark and 'glitching' non stop. I do not believe it was related to the crack at all, but the they would not touch it with any type of damage. So...I really didn't get to see how the warranty works, other than it doesn't cover damage. duh... Apparently there is no damage coverage available on larger TV's at all. Bummer...

The sales person was Excellent, he went above and beyond for me... The world need more people like him

seeing the horrible quality control of tvs this year, it’s really nice they come out and pick up tv from your house, i’ve been dealing with 20-30 samung tvs this year because of the bad DSE or banding in the screen, so it’s nice i can try getting a tvs and not have to drive 30 mins every week

while I have the 85inch 4k TV, I also bought the 2 years Geek squad, not only for protection, also for the professional servcies the Best buy can provide.
