honestly, geek squad protection is one of the best i’ve ever used. they are always such nice people to talk to and they always find a solution for your problem!

Great way to have protection for a tv with kids running around

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the concerns I had.

I bought 3 laptops last fall. Had an issue with mine a month in...called Geek squad, fixed online! Yay! My wife had an issue shortly after, Geek Squad fixed it online! My laptop lost a solid state hard drive. No online fix here, but I took it to the store,quick diagnostic,mailed off and returned to my home in a week fixed. This waS $ well spent. Geek Squad Rocks!

Provides peace of mind for our LG TV and other purchases! At first I debated the value but remembered other TVs going out after 3-4 years and went with this!

Just before my Best Buy warranty expired I needed service. I am very satisfied in how simple Best Buy made using their extended warranty when I needed it.

I have used these Geek Squad service agreements in the past. They stand behind their service agreements. I was able to replace a TV that did not live up to its advertisement. I was very grateful for the replacement TV. I am VERY happy that I purchased this service agreement.

I had a LGC2 go out on me they gave me a gift card for the entire purchase price of the TV. It was fairly simple. This is the first time I've had to use it for that.

Love the peace of mind that comes with Geek Squad. We always add it to purchases that we make that we know will be used daily incase something happens.

Paid for a 5 yr coverage agreement. Was told it would start at the end of the manufacturers warranty effectively providing six years of coverage. Not so. It starts from day one so it really is just a four year warranty. Come on Best Buy, you can do better.

This is a must for almost every large purchase. They called me to ask if they could deliver early, which is the best. Thank you!

After spending more than I care to admit on an OLED TV, having this peace of mind is what really drove me to pull the trigger. It's the most expensive for OLED protection, but covers burn in, unlike the other guys, so it's a good investment imo. Haven't used them yet but I'll report back if that time comes.

Excellent service, protection plan, and a professional crew.

The protection for any product should be mandatory. Any issues later Best Buy will replace it no questions Ask. At least to me. I always purchase the extra warranty on any high end appliances, computers and tvs. Highly recommend this.

I like that this is available because anything happens to the item and right away they are available to fix it
