Excellent product good quality and professional service

Purchased the extra protection because no one actually repairs televisions anymore, and it has been my experience that Best Buy geek squad far outshines any other competitors. They address issues and concerns promptly and can correct most problems over the phone or online. Great piece of mind.

Would definitely recommend purchasing the extended warranty! My old tv stopped worked properly after 4 1/2 years and because I had the 5 year warranty, I received credir for my original purchase that allowed me to upgrade to a newer, better model plus some left over to purchase a bluray player.

It is great that the Geek Squad is available when you have problems. My TV kept freezing. They came out and determined the problem. Got parts and installed. When this did not fix the problem, they gave me the option of returning my year old TV for a full refund of the TV, tax, and 4/5 of my Geek Squad. I then bought a brand new TV with better features. Great service!

Nothing better than the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong with it, it’s not only not my fault, but I don’t even have to worry about it!!!

I always buy the geek skquad protection just in case anything malfunctions . I have 2 items get replaced for what i paid for the product

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

Bought this for the x900h tv I got from Best Buy. With it being a brand new and relatively expensive purchase, I feel much more at peace knowing geek squad is on call if anything were to happen to it with discounted costs for most repairs! Truly recommend for any expensive and applicable purchase!

I took my laptop in thinking it was at the end of life geek squad professionals explain to me that if you wipe delete the old information laptop will work like new they added new virus software works fine took approximately three days and as promised they delivered I’m very pleased with their service

Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.

Worth having it, and you can get a pro-rated refund if you don’t need it anymore.

Best chioce if you have kids in your home..they cover all major issues and breakage

This plan is well worth the cost and convience. I purchased this plan with a new LCD TV. My old LCD TV was only 2 years old when the picture went out. All I had to do was bring the TV into Best Buy Geek Squad and they sent it out for repair. A few days later, I was issued credit in full for a new TV because it was to costly to repair. I used the credit twords a bigger and better TV.
