setting up my new television and mount purchase along with my install appt. at my home for my telelvision was easy with the help of the Best Buy Customer Service Representative Margie.

I had a problem with my tv. A part was ordered by symptom over the phone. When I received the part a technician came out and installed the part. It did not repair the problem. The tv was actually replaced with a tv with a larger screen and better features than my set. I am completely satisfied.

I’ve never had to use this thankfully but I purchase it and out it on anything I get. Id rather be safe than sorry bc I’ve been very sorry before when something has broke and there was not a single thing I could do.

The warranties from the geek squad are always worth the money.

They have been available to me every time I have needed them!!

Electronics tend to fail at times. That's why the Geek Squad Protection is necessary when buying a new device. Great service at a great price.

I always purchase one of Best Buys extended warranties. They are always helpful on the phone when I need them. They are responsive and fast with service. My worry is always that a company is going to find some loophole to not honor an extended warrantly, but Best Buy always comes through.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

Repair was good but contacting a person on the phone to make an appointment (or anything else) is extremely frustrating !

Everything I've purchased has the Geek Squad protection. It's another way of protecting your devices in case something naturally damages your product. Please take care of your items customers and the Geek Squad will take care of you! The store I purchase my items at are amazing!

Though I didn't use the GS to install my products, they were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful!
