I bought this protection plan for my new 32" TCL Roku tv. It was quite affordable and gives me peace of mind. I have never had to use a bestbuy protection plan in the past, even though I have purchased them before. I'm just glad they offer them.

So far I have not needed their help but nice to have them as a backup plan. First TV we purchased had a problem and we thought we didnt know what we were doing but Best Buy was great to help us return it and get a replacement. Replacement TV is great and was easy to set up

We always buy the extended warranty from Best Buy. It always pays off for us. Incredible service after you get past the first round of questions.

It’s worth it to get protection for my tv if anything were to happen

I bought this TV Warranty to go with my Insignia FireTV I bought during Black Friday. It was not expensive and will cover my TV for 5 years. I hope I do not need to use it, but if I do, it is good to know it is there. Thank you.

I’ve learned just buy the extra warranty, the way things are made nowadays but yet are double the price warrants the protection. I’ve been victim too many times.

I love this service. It is a must have for peripherals that live around pets or kids. Best bang for your buck if you have headsets or mice dyeing every 18 months

I haven’t had to use my product protection yet, but I’m sure it will come in handy if I need it !

The lady that helped me purchase my TV took her time didn't rush or push me answered all my questions and went above and beyond anything I could have asked for.

The Geek Squad from Best Buy is wonderful, this is my second warranty with Best Buy. The one I already purchased for my washing machine was well worth the purchase, the Geek Squad would send someone to the house to do the repairs free of charges

When you purchase a $3K OLED, this is an easy decision. Hoping I never have to use this, but glad it’s there. Best Buy is the only seller that their warranty covers burn in! LETS GO!

Just bought a 58" Vizio 4K Smart TV, and added this 5 year extended IN-HOME service warranty, for $99.00. We have Geek Squad Protection on ALL our Best Buy products.... laptops, tv's, cameras, etc. Haven't used any of the warranties, yet, but they are in place, if necessary. For a $500.00 tv, that's only $20.00 per year..... pretty cheap "insurance", huh?!

When offered, get the protection plan. You never know whether or not your purchased item is going to be the one that fails. Get the protection plan. It's worth it to relieve any product failure headaches you may encounter.

They have never let me down! My TV that was less than a year old broke down and I sent it in to get repaired, when it couldn't be repaired they offered to replace it with a newer model or a gift card for the amount I paid for it. I opted for the gift card and was able to purchase a larger TV and only paid the difference! Always happy with them!

Purchased a LG 4K smart tv from Best Buy and added the 5 year Geek Squad Protection to extend the manufacture warranty. Due to brown outs and other voltage irregularities, having this added protection provides peace of mind. A must add on at point of purchase from Best Buy.

This TV does so much still finding new things daily. We love it!

I love the new tv i got .You cant go wrong with any of the SONY Bravia They will last at least 20yrs..
