    One of the best tv ever. If it’s not Sony, I always go for lg. Got this on clearance and it is full of features. Way better than it’s competitor.

    Hope to never use but wish I had bought it last time when my tv started playing up after two years and I spent a lot more to get repairs completed.this time there won’t be any issues hopefully or it’s less than a dollar a week to guarantee resolution.

    Always recommend on electronics I.e. TVs you purchase the extended warranty. I had a tv that was four years old and started to have problems. Well the part that needed replacing they didn’t make any longer. Fortunately I had the extended warranty and got a new TV.

    Best Help EVER!! Thanks geek squad for all the help! They are great and always willing to help. They offer great service and come to your home if needed. No need to take your products to them if there large. They know what there doing & akways find a solution. No hesitations to get the protection anytime its really worth it!

    Transportation problems

    Ordered 4 40" tvs all at the same time for a project. Everything was going fine until I opened the last box (#4). No image, just the line/shape screen, well actually I could see some of the menu to the left. Called Best Buy, said you're over 13 days, can't help you. Called Vizo next, at first they said 1 year warranty, but the next day and a few emails it was determined it was a Best Buy problem and they can't help us. Unfortunately we had to buy a 5th TV to complete the project.

    Geek Squad is a value for your products you buy. Technology now cost you a penny plus. With this Computer Gaming Model this plan can save you Lots of money. Have used the warranty a couple of times vs having to pay FULL price for a new one.

    Replace TV since part was not available. First techs replace and connect TV. Unfortunately, the second techs replacing the new poor picture quality tv refused to connect tv w/o a charge to place it on the stand due to time constraints.

    I can feel safe with the coverage , I have now. Had a TV that seemed perfect in the beginning, however, I didn't notice the sluggish remote signal, after the 1 year warranty on $1300.00 worth, BB still swapped it out. Proud of the $169.00, I spent on protection.

    I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! Thank you Best Buy!!!

    **THE PROTECTION PLAN IS A SCAM**

    I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent return attempt under the Best Buy Protection Plan. Despite the product being defective and covered by my plan, the store’s general manager refused to process the return, claiming he did not observe the issue I described. I also explained that I could not leave the monitor at the store since I needed a replacement immediately to complete my work, yet I was offered no professional support or resolution. It is troubling how easily these protection plans are sold, yet when customers attempt to use them, the process feels dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. This experience leaves me questioning the value of the program and the commitment to customer care.

    When I purchased my LG TV from Best Buy, I was more than pleased to find the excellent service contract that was available, and for such an affordable price. That made my purchase all the more fantastic, knowing that any maintenance I might need in the future would be handled by experienced Best Buy service techs. Thanks, Best Buy! You Rock!
