When you buy something, you never expect it to break. When you pay big buck, you really never expect it to break. I payed $2000 for a TV and got the 2 year extended warranty. 1 week before it expired, it broke. 1 day before it expired and 1 day after it was fixed, I extended it another year. It's the best money I ever spend for peace of mind.

The geek squad agents hung the TV to the existing mount showed us how of operate the tv and remote. They were quick and efficient.

It was definitely worth the price and convenience. They arrived punctually and called when they were on the way. They installed the TV and mount quickly and neatly. Very polite and explained everything before leaving.

With today’s quality in electronics, you need an extended warranty plan. I’ve had to use it a while back on another product and the Geek Squad rep came to my house to address and repair the issue. It’s cheap insurance worth having.

Great affordable TV, its very sleek, works great and its pretty big. Overall happy with the purchase, also it was extremely easy to install.

Had to use this for the laptop we purchased. Good investment as the laptop itself was on the cheaper end and I was worried about reliability. Replaced the screen and speakers 20 months into the plan. Actually got an updated motherboard out of the repair as well.

Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.

My TV got burn in around 3 years in, and after 4 years, started flickering. I returned it to best buy and got a replacement TV with equivalent specifications and value.

They have me covered if i ever have a problem. Its nice to have someone to come out and make repairs if ever needed. I recommend get the extra geek squad protection you wont be dissapointed.

Has great sound, excellent picture quality, the remote is a little funky so purchased a different Samsung remote and it works great on the tv. Definitely would purchase again.

Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.

Great Protection and worth it. I bought 2 Sony TV's in 2018 and wish I had gotten the extended warranty on both TV's instead of just the one TV...
