Have used the Geek squad many, many time for different items we have purchased. They are polite and know what they are doing and make sure everyone is working before they leave and also encourage you to call if you have any problems or questions.

It’s good to know that I have protection if needed.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase the protection or not. I started to think about the replacement cost if something were to break. I purchased it and I’m happy that I did.

Thet take care of the issue at hand.....Buy it as a membership, and all your purchases are covered, instead of purchasing it for each item.....Im almost 100% You guys are awesome!!!!!!

The Geek Squad arrived and set up our TV and paired all of the devices. They pointed out that our electric outlet wasn't a surge protected device, so they offered a 6 outlet 2 USB low profile home theater to protect our entertainment system. Thanks guys!!

I had this plan for my 2018 55inch Sony x900f and the panel went out last month. Best Buy replaced with the 2022 65 inch Sony x90k and another 5 year warrenty. I could not be happier.

We are so grateful to these young fellas installing our 60"LG tv..they were very careful and polite. They make connecting all those awful wires a breeze. They were very patient with us and walked us thru installation and operating our new screen and remotes several times til both my husband and I understood. They are well worth their cost!

wow i was surprise how fast they came and check my tv within weeks they had the parts set up an appointment an came to repair it i told all my friends about it an got it for a peace of mind when u buy electronics so for now on guys dont forget to ad geek squad

Bought five year for our expensive oled tv that was purchased on holiday sale. Used it to have techs virtually help me with some picture setting issues. Used some of the TV savings to get five year so don’t have to worry if need support.

Glad I bought it, haven’t used it. Hope I don’t need it.

Its pretty much mandatory to get a warranty on a controller, better to have the warranty and not need it than to need one and not have it.
