The Geek Squad warranty is the greatest thing ever! It has saved me money and hassle more than once. Best Buy and Geek Squad have taken care of me when I had my doubts that even they could cover it. I would never buy anything without the warranty!

Great warranty feature when something is not your fault. The only thing that does not cover is if its your fault such as dropping something or breaking it on purpose, but sure is helpful with laptops to avoid internal system breaks.

The agents quickly and efficiently installed my new TV. Very professional and explained how everything worked. Setup universal remote and ensured everything worked correctly.

You gotta have protection for your products. I understand we have the warranty from Lg tv but, you can never be too safe now a days. That’s the reason I bought the extended protection plan through Best Buy and it’s well worth it

Got the 5 year protection because my previous TV died shortly after 3 years! Thankfully I have not needed the Geek Squad but the one experience I did have went well and was very professional.

I was able to get my tv worked on quickly and effortlessly at my request. The moment they realized it couldn’t be fixed I was quickly given the option to replace my tv and buy another protection plan for the new one. Everything was in a timely fashion and made to be quick and painless

Replaced the screen on my 55" LG OLED due to 'burn-in'. Get the warranty when you buy this product, it will save you a LOT of money down the line! Guys were in and out inside 45 mins! Thank you Geek Squad!

The first TV worked for about 4 days and had to be returned. I have had this TV for about 6 month’s and have had no issues so far. Best Buy picked up the bad Tv and brought me the new Tv to my residence and I live about 1 1/2 away from any Best Buy.

The protection gives me peace of mind knowing that if there are any issues with my new product, I can trust that Geek Squad will be of great service and come up with timely resolutions.

I will be taking my TV in for service today to figure out what the solid light issue is.

I believe the protection plan is a must have for expensive tech that you plan on keeping for years to come. In the past, I had to make claims a few times on my products and the geek squad always corrected the issue.

I mean, what can I say? I haven't used the 5 year warranty yet, but it is wonderful peace of mind for an expensive TV. The cost-benefit ratio works out for me. Even if I don't use it, I don't have to worry, and that is worth the cost to me.
