    Trust me it’s worth getting this covered. When my other Samsung tv needed to be replaced, they came to my house and took care of everything.

    So worth the money! Got a new TV comparable when the picture went dead on a model purchased two years ago. A. It difficult to cash in on during COVID and geek squad staff working remotely but in the end came away with a brand new TV!

    I called the geeks on my new Hisense TV (since then, returned) to figure out a volume control problem. The first tech just said I should bring it in--no attempt to troubleshoot. The second tech spent a long time with me trying various things, and theorizing about what the cause could be; I appreciated that, even though we were ultimately unable to solve the problem and I had to return the TV.

    It’s a decent TV for the price paid. Has a lot of features to learn and familiarize. Maximum volume could be louder. Would invest in a sound bar for entertaining.

    I never usually get protection plans, but it was well worth it when some of my pixels went out. The process of replacing the TV was smooth, and technically was like getting an upgrade since a few years had passed.

    Most people won't go for a 5 year extended warranty, but for $149. on a $700.purchase TV that would last under 10 years I figure it's worth the price. My last TV was less then 7 years old when it went. Who knows if the new ones will last that long.

    My husband & I love Geek Squad protection - both for repairs & technology issues. Most issues can be resolved from home by the knowledgeable technicians. We are not very computer literate, so we wouldn't be without Geek Squad services.

    Recently purchased a High End Oled and had an issue, was able to return for replace placement and decided to get pieces of mind with this protection. Also saved a lot on this with Best Buy total tech support.
