Hopefully I will not need it but with today's disposible electronics a concern to me, I decided to purchase.

This tv has gone through so much with me, very affordable and good quality t.v. It’s a very clear and audio friendly.

Best Buy do back up on their warranties are very good

After finding a great deal on a new 3D TV, I wanted to make sure it would be in working condition for w long time. The terms of this protection were pretty favorable but with a steep pricey tag. Nevertheless we went ahead and purchased it. Looking forward to using our TV with no worries for the next 5 yrs!

I hope I never have to use it but I am glad I am protected in the event the item breaks. TV's don't last as long as they used to! I strongly recommend a protection plan on an expensive TV!

I know the price is high for the protection on the purchase... But if something happens to the TV, Best Buy takes care of it... You don’t have to go through the manufacture... Highly recommend for a amount purchase.

Great service from agents who delivered and set up TV

The Agents brought my tv to the car and recommended the 5 yr service plan for the tv at $299, I know it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it as the will replace the tv at full value with a newer version if necessary.

The color on my TV started to fail so I called. Long story short they replaced the set right away.

Always buy the protection. It’s worth it. I’ve used it a few times, a back light problem on lg tv. Tv hit by surge etc.

I all ways have so kind of problem with my computer and they are all ways there when I call or chat on line and my problem is all ways taken care of as for the TV I have not had a problem. For the table there ways a black screen and it was not fixed so it was replaced.

Best products to have in case of any damage to your TV

We are very pleased with the geek squad. If we had issues we were able to call set up an appointment and have them fixed. This was in our home and at the store!

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

Replacement plan is good to have just in case. I had to use it one time on another purchase and it covers it just like they say. I wouldn’t go without it.
