Hope I never have to call them..called them and answered my question quickly..

very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

It is great knowing that my tv is protected against any issues that may arise with the geeksquad protection

I had to use the plan on a defective TV. I brought the old TV in and left with a brand new one. The whole thing to half hour, probably because I couldn't decide which tv to get.

I Buy all my Appliances And electronics from best buy because always have great customer service and if you compare the price for the extended warranty Best Buy has the best price along with no hassle if you ever need to use your extended warranty that is why I been a customer at best buy for twenty years.

My LG 65" TV needed to be serviced. Polite. On time. Booties. In and out in a decent amount of time. They fixed the problem then went ahead and reprogrammed all of my devices accordingly...Thank you. I saved the big one for last...They spoke English...WELL!! and had a sence of humour.

I've had to use the service in the past for other products. Having the service makes replacement much easier when problems arise.

Get a warranty! With the way electronics are now a day, its worth getting the warranty.
