I always purchase insurance on all my items. I love the fact that I can get to my local Best Buy and get the help asap. I've used Geek Squad and they definitely helped me with all my questions and guide me on replacements when needed.

For my first Oled tv I wanted to get the protection plan to cover myself. Just in case. I like having peace of mind. Best buy is the only place that covers burn in.

The Geek Squad subscription is recommended for large purchases in the event that something goes wrong with the item.

Buying a warrantee is like car insurance when you need it you’re glad it’s there when your product doesn’t have an issue you’re glad it doesn’t but you kind of feel like you wasted your money.

Bestbuy had the only extended warranty that I saw specifically for OLED burn-in, which is always a possibility. This gives me peace of mind after buying a very expensive TV

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BUY THE PROTECTION PLANS AT BEST BUY!!!!! It is a no brainer to pay a few extra dollars and protect your investment against defects and just plain old bad luck! And Best Buy makes it super easy!

The warranty seemed worth it to me since I am unsure of the TV brand quality in the long-term.

Insurance or additional Protection is always a good thing to have, makes for Carefree Viewing of Sports, Movies & Drama

A little expensive but my experience with their warranty policy has been pleasant. I haven’t had any issues with this TV but I feel confident any problems will be resolved satisfactorily! Installers were polite and efficient.

I haven’t had to use it yet but it does bring some comfort knowing my purchase is protected if something happens to it.

Decision to jump in such a great deal was the best choice, great deals everyday.

We purchased a 5 year plan for a larger TV and have had to use it twice due to severe storms in the area with major lightening strikes. We were thoroughly happy with the results. The Geek Squad did a great job! Because of this, we purchased a plan for a smaller TV we just bought.

Well I rated it 5 stars but I will have to evaluate that based upon my first use, which I hope never occurs. It is quite impossible to rate a warranty package before you actually use it.

Tv failed after 4 years and the 5 year geek squad warranty refunded the full amount which helped me get a C3

I havent needed to use it yet, but its nice to have the protection when i need it.
