The Protection Plan was explained to me by Best Buy Floor Technician. I find the plan to be most valuable for the price. Better Safe than Sorry! The Protection for valued purchase.

Hopefully will not have to use it but adding it on to a inexpensive TV seemed like a no brainer…

I purchase geek squad for all of my high end Best Buy purchases. Fortunately, I've never had to use them as my products continue to work perfectly. I sleep well at night just knowing I'm protected.

Appointment was excellent. On time, installation and review of use was professional. AND, unpackaged and removal was CLEAN. Protection plan is essential when purchasing a high end item.

Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.
