The Best Buy protection plan is a must have item when purchasing anything major . In life we know that things seem to break down after a few years and Best buy GS plans are great to have when your 1 year warranty has ended. it will replace or replace

Had set 2 yrs and had issues with power. called & was sent about 5 different parts! guys came out, installed in about an hour and ZERO issues since! that service call & parts would have been more than I paid for the warranty

Purchased this 5-year warranty on my 55 Sony TV. I feel more secure with this extended warranty.

After two years from purchase, the screen did not stay in sync with the source signal. Geek Squad, check out, replaced Screen with two home visits. Had to wait for screen to be delivered from supplier.

When I broke my tablet from a drop geek squad replace it and the second one accidental drop was happy to replace it, but if you get a 1 TB device it takes time to come in

Have always been happy with the geek squad protection. Good coverage and good price. Well worth getting the plan. Pretty much covers everything.
