Best Buy shipped an open box TV that was damaged as 'new'. It is not only insulting, but the gull to actually handle the product and drop it off this way knowing full well it isn't new is offensive. Delivery folks didn't even bother to take it back and passed it off as new. Now TV sales are over and I'm probably without a TV thanks to Best Buy.

Best Warranty in the business! HIGHLY recommend! I would not buy a new TV without this warranty. They will be with you when you need them.

I like the geek squads service when i need it for my tv

After reading lots of reviews for QLED and OLED TVs, I determined there are a few problems with these TVs so we purchased the warranty for peace of mind on a 2,700$ tv

We only purchased the extended warranty on our T.V. due to the cost to replace or repair. Thankfully we have not had to use the service, but am happy for the peace of mind.

Good TV brightness is also good. You can see well at night too

There is no better coverage than geek squad. Geek squad coverage is one of the main reasons I buy from Best Buy. I’d pay more for the product just for the geek squad advantage.
