I have bought it before and used it. They will try to fix it the first time or up to three times before getting a voucher for new TV. Electronic parts are expensive without this protection.

Must have on your tech! Lots of money spent for it to not be protected.

They did have to come a few times to fix our tv, they were always knowledgeable and courteous! I am so glad we made this purchase!

I purchased the service plan because its a great plan. specially for the extended warranty, the protection provided is excellent.

Good TV brightness is also good. You can see well at night too

I had service contract on my older TV and it was quickly repaired, actually they re-built it just before the contract expired. Worth every penny. No hassle, just quick repairs.

Always a plus to have Geek Squad. They are always ready to answer our questions. Great service. They are there for us.
