Awesome protection that was available when I purchased the TV.

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

I love them! They have been able to help me several times with different things and saved me lots of frustration and time. Worth every penny!

I love this program I feel good about my products being insured with Geek Squad

So far so good but again you have to have patients with the geek squad, they will meet your need, but they take too long.

I have purchased my last four televisions from Best Buy because of the geek squad protection. The very first time I had an issue they replaced my TV. No questions asked.

Nice to have peace of mind in a no-fuss warranty..

Definitely would suggest that 5 year warranty. Makes me feel safer with my purchase.

I purchased this 5yr extended warranty because my last tv crapped out after 3 1/2 yrs. I also had the extended warranty on that tv. Geek Squad was unable to repair the tv so they replaced it with a brand new comparable model. They made everything simple, installed the new tv and removed the old one. I would highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty for any high end model tv. One year standard warranty isnt enough.

The squad mounted the tv and ensured all was working before departing. Excellent service.

I absolutely love this tv. The quality on it is out of this world, It’s super bright and supports Dolby Vision and Atmos. It has all kinds of features and it looks modern with the slim bezels. The QLED brings out a perfect picture and the only complaint I would have is the “ghosting” when watching fast motion content.

I bought the warranty on my insignia tv I bought less than 2 years ago, thank goodness. There was definitely an array of issues surrounding getting my warranty service but it all worked out in the end. I have just bought another 5 year warranty on my new tv.

I have to say I was quite satisfied with the service. I brought in a TV that I was experiencing audio and video issues with within the time frame that my geek squad plan allowed. The team at the desk was kind enough to explain the whole process and made mention that it can take up to four weeks for repairs/evaluation of the TV but that it can be as fast as two weeks - I got a response with five days! Sure enough they honored the value of my previous TV model and credit me the value to pursue another television since the model I originally purchased did not exist. I was quite impressed and it was as smooth of an experience I ever had at BB.

I recently had to use this for a Sony TV that started experiencing back lighting issues. I was hesitant to purchase but I am very glad I did. This was much better than a Health Insurance Scam.
