You have you get your protection plans because you never know what can happen

For any expensive device that you purchase, it is worth the cost of extended protection when something goes wrong because without that added protection it can cost you as much as you paid for the device and more to get it repaired. For me, it was a 55-inch television. I am sorry, but I can't afford to pay that kind of money just to repair whatever has gone wrong, and if they can't repair the problem, they will replace the television, but only if you have the Best Buy extended warranty.

Best Buy (Geek Squad) honors their warranty. I've bought this warranty for each of my kids laptops when they go into college. I have one who tends to have issues with her machines. In every case, Best Buy has honored the warranty and fixed or replaced the machine. Awesome Job Geek Squad!

I am loyal to Samsung TVs never had an issue until this tv made a pop noise and went out. The motherboard was out of stock since this size is no longer sold and BB Geek Squad replaced it. I like the Geek Squad but had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and another week for an ordered part that was cancelled just to replace the unit. I will not be purchasing the warranty on the new unit due to this, as I have additional insurance for all electronics in my home. Do better Geek Squad!

Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

When I invest in a big-screen tv, I want to protect my investment! That's why I always buy a Geek Squad Protection Plan! I've needed to use the warranties on several occasions, and the experience was very satisfactory. Sometimes they replaced the item, refunded the purchase price, or repaired the item. I actually have a 3 1/2 year old blu ray player in the Geek Squad shop right now--under a 4-year extended warranty that I purchased for the item! This time they are repairing it, but that's fine with me. It's so nice that after using it for 3 1/2 years, now that it's not working my extended warranty is kicking in and more than paying for itself!!!

My tv started smoking so i order another i picked my TV up the girl that brought it out was very pleasant and my aide helped her put it the Van that was very good day.
